Look at dogs for god's sake and how they've evolved just over the past 1000 years.

Not sure where you got that. I didn't even hint at that in my post.

The evidence for evolution, common descent, and natural selection is so overwhelming that literally the only people who disagree with it are those who choose to remain willfully ignorant due to religious conviction.
Look I am not taking a religious stand.
I am taking the science stand.
The evidence of evolution and common descent are two different things. Evolution with a species or even a genus, maybe occasional a family, cannot be denied but beyond that it is simply theory and nothing else.
Natural selection is absolutely fact---neanderthals no longer live because of this. Natural selection does not prove common descent.

You will never get something from nothing.
Of course not. As we know it, energy cannot be created nor destroyed. The Big Bang doesn't say that the universe was created from nothing. It simply states that our universe originated in a single dense accumulation of matter that rapidly radiated outwards and eventually formed the numerous galaxies, celestial bodies, and their solar systems.

common descent
Should be taken as fact among everyone...regardless of religious beliefs or any other reason for that matter

evolution
Everyone spewing that evolution occurred from a single molecule as fact is just as accepting to blind faith as someone with religious beliefs as in that it cannot be proven

A thousand posts later and nothing can spark life but God. Evolutionists think creationists are the goofballs, but they have supreme faith in magic slime spawning life. If it wasn't so sad it would be ironic.

That's in the bible too. Fallen angels bred with earth women.

We now have the tools to actually look at the genes of all life on Earth. From this we can see areas of the genome that are highly conserved amongst all species, and others that are unique to individual organisms. Again, percent relatedness is based on real numbers.

I find it quite sad that the majority in here have been indoctrinated into believing that evolution is indeed FACT & that just by chance...each species happened to evolve from a "cosmic cesspool" I don't understand how you dont believe that we werent intelligently created...especially when you look at the very building blocks of life....DNA
Indoctrinated? Who's the indoctrinated one: the man that keeps testing his theories and asking questions, or the person who says stop asking questions because God did it?
And the reason you don't understand it is you're either stupid or you keep yourself willfully ignorant in the name of religion, which I find to be even worse.

what a convenient answer
quote:
For the God who created and upholds the universe was not created — he is eternal. He was not ‘made’ and therefore subject to the laws that science discovered; it was he who made the universe with its laws. Indeed, that fact constitutes the fundamental distinction between God and the universe. The universe came to be, God did not.

There is evidence that the Dingo speciated from semi-domesticated dogs.

Yeah, and a guy from the Stone Age managed to load 4 million animals from all over the world on a boat, and none of them killed each other.

If he could do that with Noah, imagine what could be accomplished through yourself!

You're right. I'm going to march out that door, literally fly back home, look in my bank and be worth 400 billion dollars, and then go on to win the College World Series by myself. I love fairy tales!

It's an uneven playing field. Providing a precise timeline for things that occurred over a billion years ago is far more difficult than sitting in youth group clinking two non-alcoholic beverages together while wearing chastity belts and saying, "The answers are all in this here book. I didn't come from no monkey!"
Science and religion play by completely different rules. Whereas science has to prove everything, the religious have to prove nothing. Thus, the arguments are inherently unfair and favor the pious.
For your reading pleasure, here is the prevailing THEORY for how early eukaryotic cells evolved. Scientists HAVE proof of how things happen. The blindly religious just choose to ignore it.
