So sunburnt chick walks away from post on millerville rd and jumps into incoming maroon minivan driven by sketchy white Marlboro dude. Out jumps some other dude in camo to run next corner shift. Big business in this?

He's talking about teams of panhandlers running in shifts I think.

There is a Roma family making the rounds . They have been in Baton Rouge for years- the whole family panhandles together. Human garbage.

I don't care. If your work ethic and self esteem are low enough to panhandle and people are dumb enough to give you money it's none of my business. I just roll up the window and keep eyes forward.

Yes. I saw a dude drive up to the old blockbuster on ambassador caffery in Lafayette and get out of a brand new Tundra. He walked to the intersection of amabassador and kaliste and whipped out a card board sign and began begging.

It's amazing how many people have seen this, but not a single one has a picture or a video

Amazing these people are allowed to stand in traffic while government turns a blind eye.

They should install red light cameras to catch them and ticket them.

Right, because my natural instinct is to begin videoing a random guy getting out of his truck in the parking lot of a business.

The van parks on the short street on the river side of Claiborne and Elysian Fields or in the parking lot at the corner. White van. Feel free to hang out and watch.

Now that's a twist. Was this just off St. Charles Dickens by chance?
