Get off that bike you prima Donna’s and see how far you can go.

Runners, joggers, and old lady walkers > assholes who think they are setting records speeds on their bicycles.

The fat bike rides and trail bike riders, yall are ok. /rant

These are my favorites. Wearing $200 in athletic gear to walk down the street.

This sucks. But they end up assholes on trail paths. Exactly like the drivers they bitch about.

Slow the frick up on trails. Your time isn’t that important.

Shoes and a pair of shorts isn’t what I would call gear.

If a FitBit’s readings are to be believed, the caloric burn rate from road running is much greater than what is consumed at the usual pace of bike riders in our generally flat topography.

You do realize there is a purpose for that right?

If you saw the body glide and nipple tape I'm wearing under my running clothes, you'd think it was gayer than the spandex I wear riding my bike.

You can always just go faster. Running definitely burns more calories. But a 20 mph+ bike ride for 60 miles ain't exactly a walk in the park. I can burn more calories on a bike because I can go longer.

I can ride all day too.

My goal is to get the best bang for my exercise minute.

For me it’s not on bike.

Plus the loonies driving while texting as they approach bikes from behind rather than runners from an oncoming aspect makes a runner’s escape scenarios seem more reasonable.

Riding is more enjoyable and it’s easier on your joints. Mountain bike riding is downright fun on trails, and it will get you in shape!
