I know some of the employees are there but not sure who is actually running the place.

FIFY. Rotolos is like 98% crust.
You're getting a lot of dv's but you're right. Food wasn't that good and the service at that location sucked.

The calzones were always pretty decent. Especially on $6 night.

It was even better when it was $4.

Still nothing like what I have in New Orleans though
You left out the feeling of getting robbed, and shot and killed while walking around NOLA. You always have eyes watching you.

Same owner as Rotolo's owns it still. they wanted to try to capitalize on their late night crowd they have built.

Bars need to have a kids menu for Jones. The little guy has trouble finishing his meal sometimes.

Yeah I like the idea to change for sure.

i frequent the place a lot, totally understand the reasoning behind the move. from 12-1 the place would get about 5 or 6 tables for lunch (excluding $6 wednesdays). Walk in anytime between 5-7 or after 9:30 and it is pretty damn busy.

Earls? I wouldn't consider that a dive bar, it was just much smaller back in the day
Cold, cheap longnecks.
$.25 pool tables
Hank Jr. playing.

Earl's has some pretty good looking women that frequent that place too.

Sounds like a nightmare. Minus the 25 cent pool.

Can somebody define dive bar for me? Is it the same as "hole in the wall"?
Cedarcrest lounge opens at frickin 7am. Now that's a dive bar...I think. The owner is a real bitch and dosent like younger people though. She banned me for talking to much
. I'd come in there hammered off an all nighter and chat up all the regulars. They were all nice but I guess she thought I was bothering them

Pete's Bar is on par with the old Port Royal. I mean when the food window between there and the Waffle Hoise was still open. Duvics is high end compared to those.
