Hell, there should be several more MMJ, as well as Radiohead songs on that list.

What a terrible list
Indeed.
And notice, only 6 are after 2010... 16 years ago.

The Z album was incredible. Just listed to about 4 songs.
I’m not as big a fan of Radiohead.
Incubis - sick sad little world was also very good if I remember correctly.
A Perfect Circle had an incredible album early 2000s

It is legit impossible for any non-deaf person born in America between the ages of like 20 and 60 to not have heard those two songs.
What's really wild is how popular Mr. Brightside is in the UK. 500+ weeks on their top 100 chart and going. Third most streamed song of all time over there. Second ever (4 total) to go 10x platinum.

maybe the problem is im 55 and still listen to 80's rock

I am fully of aware of the mass appeal of Mr. Brightside, and I've probably heard it a thousand times passively, but I do not know how the song goes. I can't hear the song in my head at all. Might be able to recognize it if I heard it, but probably not.

Back when that song came out I would have bet any amount of money that the killers were British
And been wrong, they are “from Las Vegas” and the lead singer is a Mormon

That whole album is "killer" in my opinion.

I just listened to it on Spotify, and yeah I reckon you are right. It'd probably take me until the chorus though.

I would recognize Seven Nation Army if I heard it. That's all.
ETA and Mr Brightside

I think that is the point of the list.
To drive clicks and engagement.
When I agree with something, I give it a thumbs up and move along.
That isn't what social media and going viral is built on.

200 songs and not one song by the Gorillaz?
I’m probably in the minority here but Feels Good Inc was popular.
Empire Ants is a very good song.

If you would come out of your cage and give it a listen you'd be doing just fine. I just can't look at posts like this claiming they haven't heard one of the most popular songs ever, it's killing me.
I guess that's just the price I pay
