If you don’t think the kid was flexing, you’re naive.

Serious question: why go out to a hot bed armed with an AR? Why not a simple side arm so you can more easily attend to the wounded?

If you are going to defend yourself and you know you may have to defend yourself, why not bring the biggest/most effective fricking weapon you can find?

It's a rifle, which he could legally carry. Wisconsin makes no distinction between an AR or a hunting rifle.

so was the kid with the handgun, who was let out of the hospital and should have been arrested since he was a felon with a gun.

Carrying an AR on your side vs a pew pew pistol should give the better optics of leave me alone. But I guess that still didnt work out.

He went there to help his friends defend a business and to provide medical aid, which he did. The weapon was for his protection. All noted and corroborated by witnesses.

No, the antics of the dead jackass that charged him and tried to take his weapon did.

He went there to flex/face off with a long gun.

He was not protecting his property from the mob. He was looking to show up people.

You wanting this to be true doesn't make it true.

He was not protecting his property from the mob.

He was protecting the property of friends, of which he was a member of a larger group all doing the same thing.

He was looking to show up people.

You can say this all you want. It doesn't make it true.

The dead dude was a loser no doubt, but this kid did NOT need to intervene in that garbage.

I disagree. But, I’ll give you that for arguments sake.

Still doesn’t justify him being chased, kicked, skateboard thrown at him and shot at does it? Is he not supposed to defend himself and just lay down and die?

He lived in another state and did not own a business........

Tell ya what. Why don’t you lay out why he was there and what his intent was.

He didn't intervene. He was minding his own business and rendering first aid to some of the protesters. He was then charged by the dead jackass who attempted to take his rifle from him.

Again, all documented and corroborated by witnesses.

There’s literally a video of him telling exactly this In an interview before he was attacked...that has been shared on this board 100 times.

People commute longer than that every day to work.
