I don't know if he posted or lurked here. He was a regular on one of the other LSU boards a few years ago, best known for his quirky, if not weird, sense of humor. Ed was an attorney, from Monroe, lived in New Orleans for a while then moved back to his hometown. I never met him, but we were friends on FB. I noticed he hadnt posted in a while, so I googled and sure enough, found his obituary. Not much information, but he never said too much about his personal life so I guess it was in keeping. I know he had bypass surgery within the last year or so.

Damn. He hadn't posted on FB in awhile. Had a really quirky sense of humor but could be pretty funny.

Damn, that sucks. Ed had a great sense of humor and that other board was a poorer place when he left.

Good guy. Definitely quirky but I liked what he brought to the board way back when.
Believe he was a public defender if I recall correctly. Maybe not. Was liberal in his politics but always thoughtful if not slightly off in his discussions. Which dovetailed with his personality IMO.
Was a FB friend but I didn’t realize he passed.
