Say what you want about New Orleans, but the super bowl victory night and parade afterwards were the gold standard for post championship celebrations. No violence or rioting, just pure joy. That’s how you do it.

Has Geraldo gotten on the phone with his daughter yet?

The last pic looks like it could be the middle east somewhere.

Want to know how we know that you've never been to Morgantown?

I’m sure some think that, but to say “most liberals” feel that way is likely just your bias coming out.
Probably.
In simply sick of people thinking the rest of the world is so wonderful. It’s not. It isn’t better or worse than here.

No one thinks the world is wonderful. Again, that’s your crazy bias talking.

would like to point out that New Orleans' response to winning was simply to prove that even they have an extra level of drunkenness they can call on when the situation warrants.
I puked on a cop car in front of the cop. Then I put racing stripes on my own car.
It was a good one.

Tell that to the ultra-conservatives in Morgantown, WV that burn couches after even a meaningless win.
Everyone I've met from west Virginia are dems, including my relatives. My mom and dad somehow were not.
Either way, burning a couch is a far cry from burning your city

No white flags of surrender? Not legit

Absolutely this. New Orleans is effed up in more ways than I can count...but they definitely got this one right. Plus, that victory parade was Mardi Gras on steroids.

I'd be willing to have a discussion. Apparently you are not.

What a weird made up thing to bitch about in this context.
There parts of the world outside the US that are indeed wonderful. Some that are horrible. Some parts of the US are wonderful. Others horrible. Seems like your insecurities may be coming to surface

Yea, I don't get burning your city down/trashing it for a loss or victory. Do it like New Orleans, like everyone here is saying, just a hardcore party and drug-like euphoria.
Also: 1) burning some couches is not the same as rioting in the streets; 2) it doesn't matter if it happens here, France, or in an alien's underpants--destroying your city is ridiculous. Don't get me wrong--I've punched a couple holes in MY OWN door after some stupid crap my football teams have done, but it's my own door and it wasn't the whole house.
Melt responsibly.

expecting to win has nothing to do with being a champion. What a dumbass hot take.
