The police aren’t going to be out of a job because the precinct is burned down. The citizens that own the businesses that get burned down, or looted, or otherwise destroyed, and the employees of those businesses will be out of a job because of that though. They will have food taken off their plates, they will have income taken out of their wallets.
That’s why I care a whole helluva lot more when it’s a privately owned building that is destroyed by these horrible people.

I think that she is the one killed in that no knock raid a while back. The one where it was the wrong apartment and her BF opened up on the cops when they busted in.
