I would love to be the richest person in our small town considering the CEO of Century Tel lives here.

Whatever makes me happy. Personally, I am a city person. Oh, and I DGAF about what other people think.

HONESTLY it's a good question

i make good money and am basically upper middle class in LA. I could move back to little rock where i'm from, reduce my rent by 30% and move to the BEST PART of the city off chanel or down highway 10. I got a nice crib now but it's pretty avg.

but there is so much to do here. A tuesday night here i might be at a nice resturant, a dodger game, a laker game or a jazz bar. in little rock, i'd probabbly be getting hihgh, cause really ain't shite else to do

but i am about to be married and seriously thinking of moving back home or at worst, lexington. I thiink lexington is the perfect compremise given my lifestyle. as long as i have the horse track i'm never board and it's not an expensive place to live

Richest person in a small town. Being rich is more fun with peasants to lord over.

I don't live there but if Natchez Mississippi counts as a small town then sign me up. Would put me in the top 200 or 300 richest people in the world, I will take it.

At 35, I'd rather be middle class in the best part of a major city.

Maybe when I'm 60 I'd prefer the other scenario.

A lot of wealthy people in a small town get off on power -often see themselves as "benevolent dictators." Gets really annoying (or worse) when they own much of the land.
To heck with that. Give me big money in a big city.
