looks nice

I'd still prefer an Arkonik 90 or 110 restoration to that but certainly wouldn't turn a new one down if somebody gave it to me.

The 2021 Yukon AT4 will top all of those.

I like the two door more than the four. Also, the interior looks clean and I like the fact that the spare tire is on the back.

Looks like a Honda Element fricked a Toyota FJ.

I just want the old Disco design to come back.

Low profile tires and 20" rims on a Defender are terrible.

I mean if you expected the old defender (Similar to folks freaking out over the new Bronco) I think you are barking up the wrong tree. Especially since Land Rover's lineup has specifically headed in a different direction over the last decade.

It's not the old Defender. But this isn't ugly in my book.

I am sad for Jaguar.

TATA started off pretty good, still riding Ford's engineering improvements. Then they let Mccallum design some beautiful coupes (he has since been let go).
The I-Pace, while being a beautiful e-SUV, was poorly executed with no mobile charging capabilities. Like a boomerang, it always has to come back home.
Jaguar sold 160 of then nationwide last month, that's bad.

TATA is again proof-positive that monopolies don't do well when they have to compete in a competitive space.

Kinda bummed b/c the F-Type R is fast and good-looking.

You date it, but you marry the 911.

A manual tranny version would be tempting! Especially with that fold back canvas roof

Would love one, but it's a Land Rover and I would like to drive it occasionally.

No, I just feel like they could've gone in a direction that was more true to Defender than Gerry McGovern. A lot of the DC100 is still there, especially in the generic front end. There's good stuff here and there, but overall it makes me sad. I've spent quite a bit of time behind the wheel of a Defender, and this is just another SUV.

I’ve had them in the past. Nice try though.

Also they still are not reliable. If shopping in that price range, I would just get a land cruiser or spend a bit more for the 570.

Much better vehicles that don’t scream “I’m a try hard”

Haven’t read the thread...I really like it but I’m sure this thread is full of people saying they prefer the old one for no great reason.
