I watched the whole thing. 
Very entertaining but I would have lost my patience a long time ago with her.
Good thing I'm not a cop.
She reminds me of the NOLA lawyer who tried to frick her Uber driver then attempted to sue him for rape when he turned her down.

She is broken like a big portion of our society. People do not know how to react to issues in society that are not on social media.
They treat every situation like they are on Facebook. Just berate everyone like you are fishing for "likes"

Too many questions by the officer. Write her up for speeding, reckless operation and anything else he can come up with, after determining that she wasn't drunk/high and move on.
