It will be someone who is part of NOLA's faux aristocracy. It really is a hereditary thing that usually skips a generation or more per family be it king or queen.
My wife can usually pick who the queen will be of the debutante's vying for it by their lineage. Also, those are fake bios of the debs. Do you really think any of the actually do things like volunteer to help in prisons? They all need the SJW creds in today's world even if it was bought and paid for or a favor performed by a grateful warden.
The out of state queens are of the faux aristocracy where mama's family went bust so sent her off to an Ivy League school to meet an heir with money.
I have no problem with how they spend their money or time. it's just fun to see the phoniness in all of it.
