my concept of privacy is different, i suppose. the concept of privacy has changed in the past 10 years, and will change in 10 more years

writing laws aimed at a 1994 concept of privacy 20 years later is fool hearty and DANGEROUS, to me

assuming no collapse, our children will laugh that we once thought our actions and thoughts were private

C'mon SFP, as a lawyer you should know that you can always divide blame among a few people.

of course it's divided. the persons who share these pics are scummy. that's not something i do, or think of doing, really

i'm not defending this scum. i just don't think it's close to being a crime

but at the end of the day, the opportunity would not exist without the initial sending. the bulk of the blame starts there

I don't think it should be a crime for the reasons you've espoused BUT .... under the right circumstances, I could see it being some type of breach of contract with civil damages coming into play.

I saw if the person has a written release to post the pictures they should be able to do so. If no release, then they gets some jail time.

SFP is good at self-sucking and patting himself on the back

So you're saying you'd reject my nudes?

Look, if you take, and especially send out, pics or video of yourself you have to know that they will eventually end up everywhere. That's just the risk you take.

What about this scenario...
A couple splits up, the woman posts the guys social security number, birthdate, and other types of other information online for all to see.

I really do. I also think it should be a crime to post the pics of people without their consent.

Any pics. You can be fully clothed, but the pic might have you in a bad situation.
