If a person willingly sends somebody naked photos, they subject themselves to possible revenge porn. May be a a-hole move on the sender, but if you don't send them, it can't happen.

If it was in an email to a specific person, then yes. if it was posted online for anyone to see, then that is just reposting and not posting.
