Louisiana jumped on this but I can't imagine many people are buying $6 beers to go.

I finally got to cleaning out the utility room in the garage. I’m having an OCD orgasm right now with all the spring cleaning I’m getting done.

I replaced the bathtub faucet in my kid's bathroom last night. I might replace the other one too tomorrow.

So far - plenty of stocks not even at 52 week lows. Apple is still 50% higher than 52 week low with all physical stores closed and supply chain problems with China. Q2 GDP and earnings projected to end up nasty - really nasty.

The government can't afford to bail out all of the businesses that are going to fail. They might eventually be replaced with something else but many won't come back.

Lowe’s in Covington had 6 registers open and the lines were 5+ deep. I was closer to people in Lowe’s than I would be in a restaurant.

Limit them to 50% occupancy. Let them make a damn living. The price of this is insane to our economy.

I agree. Let them operate with 50% seating with adequate spacing.

I agree.
Decrease capacity.
Require sanitize table between guests. Lysol etc spray.
I think this would be reasonable.

Lots of restaurant types just aren't what you might typically call for take out.

Steak restaurants for example.

Maybe this is the reason Mexico is closing its northern border.

went to Lowes yesterday to get a few things. It certainly wasn't as crowded as usual but there were plenty of people there.

Lowes was packed today.

I was waiting for takeout earlier with about 10 other people inside. It felt silly. We all could have just been eating at tables and there would have been no difference.

They’ll make up for it as soon as they’re allowed. People will be ready to be waited on.

Something like this makes sense but I'll grab a margarita to go sometimes when they are open.

I think most places probably sell mostly, beer, wine and mixed drinks though. You pay the markup to drink in the restaurant with your meal. Otherwise, most will just go buy the same wine at Rouses for 30% of the price.

Most people are worried about jobs and societal problems that will arise when people are broke and bored. Congrats on the straw man, though.

You should pitch your extremely irrelevant 401k markets will come back line to owners of restaurants that are already closing their doors
