New details: Abducted LSU student left on Government Street. (WBRZ)

It is still unclear at this time whether the stolen car referenced in the emergency alert belonged to the victim. Authorities have refused to answer media questions about the case.

Girl reportedly was abducted outside KKG house then dropped off on Government Street is what it sounds like.

I assume the police are quiet to protect the victim

They do have 24/7 patrols, a cop can't be in every parking lot at every minute. Just one of those unfortunate things

Well if it's too tasking for 1 person, have 2 cops. Not asking for a police state, but this shite shouldn't happen on school grounds

So allocate more resources to protecting the LSU community, while neglecting those north of Florida, Blvd.?

If it was a scary looking black dude that raped a white sorority girl abducted from campus, they'll probably go for the death penalty.

If they had 5 cars constantly patrolling sorority row there would still be areas where this could happen. It's a big place with a lot of parking lots.

How many officers do you think LSU has at their disposal for this? Five units is basically everyone on shift over there.

I think you missed the point of my post, I'm not actually suggesting they use 5 units

forget all of the details but when I started LSU, or maybe my senior year in hs, there was a Kappa raped by some dude that lived up on one of those presidential streets, she never testified in court, she had just received word of the death of her fiance in Viet Nam the day before she was raped, she killed herself a couple of days later
