The ghettos around LSU should all be razed to the ground, the section 8 purged and that area taken back from the ne'er-do-wells and replaced with decent folks.

If he stole her car it would seem to indicate that he walked in. There are cameras everywhere in the north that would catch pedestrians coming down Highland.
He probably also left fingerprints all over her car. This kind of crime is usually committed by a habitual offender so his prints are probably in the system.
I bet he is identified by lunch and caught in the next few days.

DNA will be used as well but to get the ball rolling they will start with fingerprints.
