I find it amazing how Los Angeles, New York, DC, etc allow these mass gatherings with thousands of people but other areas struggle to get 500.

I don’t think the vote is going to end up being main trigger, but Waltz brokered the budget deal that was passed the cutting off of adult illegals from state health services.
