Same here 20 years later. And I was never a serial skipper in college but in the dream I don’t even remember the last time I went or what’s on the final, and the drop date has passed.

Recurring dream #1:
I’m in high school.
It’s early May of my senior year. I’ve been skipping school all year. Finals are coming up, but I can’t study, because I don’t remember where my locker (with all my books in it) is. Moreover, even if I did, I don’t remember the combination.
I’m trying to figure out how I’m going to break it to my parents that I’m not going to graduate.
Recurring dream #2:
I’m an Army vet (IRL). In this dream, I go back into the service as a Marine. I have to go thru Boot Camp.

Mine is I'm trying to dial a number... of someone, or an Uber or anything to get me out of an unknown situation and I can't dial it right... over and over and over again.

The uncertainty of what happens to you after you die is what's causing these dreams. You know what you have in the here and now. Not so much what happens in death. It might be time for a new spiritual journey. Death may still be years away, or not. Listen to that little voice in your head and your gut feelings. Good luck.

When I am physically tired I won’t dream. On nights I get lots of sleep and maybe make a piss trip and go back to bed, I dream some crazy stuff. Most of it results in some sort of frustration, rushing, confusion, or anxiety from something in the dream. It’s hardly ever something extremely enjoyable like getting lucky (that gets messed up too), wining a lottery, doing cool successful things. I’m doomed……

I get these from time to time. Often I discover I'm back in high school and they're now going to take back my diploma unless I finish some class I didn't know I was skipping.
