I'd go with this one.. And how long are you going for? Check other rental places and compare prices, but how many people are going on this trip?

it happened to someone i know with a rental from budget or enterprise, can't remember. he signed the contract and it said the car can't leave the country. well i guess they check the gps or something and charged him $300 fee.

Contrary to popular belief, they do not have any type of regular GPS systems in the vehicles. Or at least at Enterprise they don't.

All I know is he broke the contract and got caught.

because they don't want you to go to a competitor.
they wouldn't let me pull my trailer when my truck was in the shop. so I had the dealer rent me a truck from uhaul for the week.

need to be sure someone experienced in driving a large van is at the wheel.
Lol if they don't crash in the first five minutes, they're good.

Why do you need a big van? One adult and a bunch of minors or a bunch of people getting hammered? I looked into this for a bachelor party one time as we had a guy in AA going but it was cost prohibitive, literally basically the same price to rent a limo. Two mini vans are much cheaper than a 10-12 person van. Which never made sense to me, must be an inventory control issue.
