What triggers memories for you?
Places, pictures, music, smell, dreams?
I hate the past, but there is always something that pulls us back.

Mostly music. It can bring me back to exact instances especially from about ages 12-24 or so.

A lot of things trigger my memory.
Talking to someone about something will make me think of something else and then my thoughts and memories will snowball from there.
