Let’s wait and see if it was truly an automatic weapon.

if you heard the video it is 100% automatic. whether it was purchased like that or modified time will tell. But it was definitely auto.

Because all these Baws need them for hunting or and in case 12 men enter their home they will be able to kill them all. My personal favorite well if we don't have them surely the bad guys will have them. All for people having guns but why have Military assault rifles even available to anyone besides military is beyond me. Downvote away

Because our forefathers wrote this thing called "The Constitution". Problem is, they didn't know anything about automatic weapons. And, we have this group called, the NRA, whose main focus is to assure that anyone can own any gun type they want. Sickening.

Yeah, no shite. But pal, you're barking up the wrong tree with this crew.

As Jeb Bush said, "stuff happens," and as our fearless leader tweeted, "Warmest Condolences." I kind of like that one ... I'm getting bored with "thoughts and prayers." In fact, has anyone considered switching it to "prayers and thoughts"??!! I kinda like the ring of that.

I believe I read that the ammunition was "belt fed". Not that I know anything about this, but sounds like you wouldn't have to reload, just keep the trigger going.

Let's wait for a factual news release instead of believing a belt fed automatic rifle was used bc of a twitter post

Belt fed AR-15 sprays bullets like a machine gun. Wonder if he used this in Las Vegas? Might be a good idea for everyone to open carry.

Other than massacres ????

Better question...

Remind me again why more regulations are suddenly going to eliminate criminal intent.

I mean look at how much success the war on drugs have yielded. Or the myriad of laws and measures in place to make driving safer.

I mean of course more regulations (of which in this instance you clearly know nothing about..) is going to suddenly and miraculously make criminals not commit criminal acts.

They didn't know about the Internet either. Or email. Or Phones. Or radio.Should government be able to restrict what you say using that media?
