How do you "accidentally" release a convicted murderer from prison? WTF. There's a much larger issue here than the police hunting him down and his mom whining about it being unfair. There's a murderer on the loose, and the state let him out free and easy. If he kills anyone while he's out (and many criminals would since they know they're going to jail for life anyway), the state will have that on their hands, and probably a large wrongful death lawsuit

How does one "Bond out" of DCI? It's not like the penitentiary is prison.
You bond out of prison while waiting for your trial.
You cannot bond out of the penitentiary once convicted.

I've been to DCI to speak on numerous occasions. This baffles me that he got released.

You "bond out" by paying off the guy who let him out. I'm sure that guy saw his file, which according to the article had info that showed how there should be more there and the guy should have checked on it. I'm betting the guy who let him out told this murderer to pay this "bond" directly to him, and he'd let him out

They released him. He didn't break out of jail.

Dude knew that he was serving 40 years and just got popped for battery of a guard at the prison. He knew he wasn't up for early release. I wonder if the person who processed this happened to know the family. Obviously someone who struggles with the concept of not killing someone and not obtaining firearms illegally would probably struggle to process that this too is illegal though.

not at all. They SHOULD be hunting for him. But, she's not wrong saying it's not his fault that they released him.
