In this specific instance, he didn't.
Do we really have to say what you're doing here?
Damn dude, talk about taking shite out of context.

so it's his fault they fricked up the paperwork and set him free? And it's my fault the teller whose job is to count money can't count?
Directly? NO. But legally having knowledge of it and then taking advantage of it knowing full well that you are both morally and legally in the wrong? If I have to answer this then please do the world a favor and don't breed.

And that doesn't change anything unless you're still going off your out of context quote. Taking the quote in context, she just wants this over with her son not being shot over something the jail did wrong.

You would be skipping your arse out of prison and you know it.

You're lying to yourself if you really think that if you had a 40 year prison sentence and they suddenly released you early you would tell them of the mistake and stay in prison.
I was raised in a way that this will never be an issue for me. I can see though how someone in that situation would be lacking the moral fiber to do the right thing though.

So if the police kill him during his capture (justifiably because he resists violently) will the mother sue DOC for Wrongful Death?

I loathe people who think that everyone possess the same lack of morals as themselves.

Ok, yea. Keep believing that
Raised not to murder a man... If you weren't raised that way then something is wrong with you.

All I will say is that it is just as easy to be an internet saint as it is to be an internet badass...

That's the easiest way to stay alive.

Can she not hope for both? DO you have evidence that she doesn't want him to turn himself in?

We are talking about a guy that was in prison for MURDER.
I'm not saying you are going to go to prison, quit being so simple minded. If you had your freedoms stripped from you, then suddenly you were given them back and were able to see your loved ones again when they weren't supposed to be, you would not correct the person...nobody would.

When someone laughs that at me saying I wouldn't commit murder or steal money from a bank I don't see that as being a saint. I do not know what I would do if I was in that position. I make life decisions to make sure I'm never in it.

And yet you've been pontificating in this whole thread. Kindly STFU now.

Nobody said you would murder someone or rob a bank. You are being a simpleton. We are talking about someone suddenly being given the opportunity to see his loved ones and be a free man again when he wasn't supposed to. And you are claiming you would stay an unfree person because it's the moral thing to do.

You just restated exactly what I put in my response.
