I agree, a joke is only funny until it's not. People shouldn't be allowed to just say whatever they want without consequences. Words hurt, just like weapons and they should be regulated just like weapons.

Actually it is against the law to be a bad driver. A bad driver is someone that doesn't obey the laws for a multitude of reasons such as tailgating, illegal lane changes, speeding, texting and driving, etc.

It amazes me how ready people are to allow the Government to write new laws to consistently take away our freedoms yet they don't understand that the repercussions of such laws could be far reaching and actually affect more innocent people than criminals.
The IRS taking money from innocent people to combat the war on drugs is a great example of this. How many drug dealers do you think keep their money in banks?

They should hold some of the responsibility for murder, simply because they posted messages? They are fricked up no doubt. However I think punishing someone for speaking / posting is a bit absurd. Holding someone, who posted a message, responsible for murder is a bit much. The person who committed the murder is responsible 100%.

That is what 4channers call "copypasta". It's a generic post that gets recycled over and over and over.
I've seen it before and no one got shot those days. It's only being investigated because something happened.
Those posts happen everyday. I guess it's possible it's the shooter but I really don't think it is.
