Disagree...it's not against the law to be an a-hole or a lot of us would be in jail.

Half of those on the Politics board would be serving life sentences.

That's an insanely dangerous proposition.

I'm 32, not get off my lawn, but wtf happened to people? Common sense? Maturity? Why is it ok for a msg board to even exist that allows posts like that? I can't understand why some of the stuff I read on here is allowed to fly. Is it so important to people to be hip that they resort to over the line taunts and insults on a frickin msg board? Talking shite and picking at your buddies is one thing. Telling someone they're a pussy bc they post that they're depressed or saying someone deserves to die bc they are addicted to drugs is something I can't understand. Guns or no guns, it's people that's the problem. Society is becoming more and more made up of ignorant dickheads

What if someone on TD cyber bullies Chef John Folse and you egg him on. Should you be held responsible when the poster gets arrested?

Is it morally ok for this msg board to exist? Debatable

Is it legal? Yes, and it should stay legal.

I'm amazed by how many responses are claiming that anonymous people on the internet being idiots should be held responsible for stuff like this. No matter what anyone else says, you shouldn't go shoot up a school. The end.

And if you want message boards like 4chan banned you have plenty of countries to choose from who are happy to control what content you have access to.

How 'bout this novel idea: Don't be an a-hole and don't bully people with highly inappropriate "DIAF" and "Kill Yourself" posts.

Don't be an a-hole on any media platform. Not that hard to be a decent human being.

Seriously. And I admit that I need to improve as well. I'm not beyond criticism either.

I'm going to try to approach my message board rhetoric differently in the future.

He was fascinated with the attention other mass shooters had garnered. He was a class A attention whore.

This stuff is perpetual. The attention given to it breeds more who want to do the same.
