Is anyone els getting the stop signs? On my phone it's on every page. On my computer it won't let me on the help board. What's going on?

I freaked out.
Looked at my wife and thought about having a conversation. Then I thought back to rocket and wondered if she was shite-testing me...so I just manned up and kept hitting refresh.
