If you think you can eat lots of pork ribs and not have that negatively affect your health, you are full of shite. And pork shite really stinks.
You have no idea what youre talking about. Pork ribs are indeed good for you, if you avoid slathering them in sauce and a ton of salt. And theyre delicious. The more sat fat and protein you can get in your diet the better.

Eggs are a staple, yeah. A variety of meats, cheeses, and (mostly green) veggies.

You are a truly ignorant person. The AMA, and Heart Association disagree with what you said, have fun.

eating more than the recommended daily amount of red meat does not affect short-term heart disease risk factors
This doesn't mean red meat is good for you. It just means what it says.

This has been known for awhile that the perceived negative effects of red meat, and fat in general, were overstated.
That's putting it nicely.
I would say it was deceptive.
Red meat provides the iron and (ferrite) that the hemoglobin in your body needs to transport oxygen to the muscle.
The only caveat is eating to much liver/oysters which has high concentrations of iron and is good for health but needs to be eaten in moderation.
Red meat contains high levels of Heme proteins and nuts other forms of plant protein contain non heme proteins. As humans we can convert the heme/red meat much easier. It takes twice as much non heme to achieve the same conversion.
So 10 grams of red meat conversion would be the same as 20 grams of plant/nut/legume protein.
I refreshed my memory through an article last night so a bit is still fresh on my mind to share.
People were made to think fats and red meat were bad but in fact they are essential for muscle brain and nervous system health.
Just avoid Trans fat

What does eating pork ribs have to do with an article about red meat dumbass?

The Diet Heart Myth - Chris Kresser
The American Heart Association is biased and full of shite. They are based in faulty, outdated research and every M.D. that references them is as well.
The Lipid Hypothesis is bullshite
quote:
The largest controlled intervention trial on diet and heart disease to date, the Women’s Health Initiative (4) randomly assigned more than 48 thousand women, 50 – 79 years old, to a low-fat intervention or a comparison group. LDL-C was significantly lowered in the intervention group compared to the comparison group. Nonetheless, after six years of follow-up there were no differences between the groups in the incidence of coronary heart disease and stroke.

Sorry, but I choose to listen to real experts instead of self-style ex-spurts who are actually internet ignoramuses. Proper nutrition should be a way of life, not a shortcut to death. But this is America and you are free to do as you wish. Merry Christmas
