I suspect they don't recommend diving headfirst into any part of the pool. A bit vague from the picture though.
- The Red Cross recommends that you not dive headfirst into water that is less than 9 feet deep.
- If the depth is not marked, do not dive!
- If there are “No Diving” signs posted at a home pool, obey them. They are there because the water is too shallow or the area is not large enough for diving.

There was a black kid at my neighborhood pool yesterday. No black parents. I talked to the manager and looked for a stolen bike outside the gate. Apparently some do-gooders brought him.
He was able to swim so I figured he went to private school.

If we are looking for reasons as to why this picture is racist, I think it also promotes pediphiles. The adult holding the baby that has "cool" over it looks like he is molesting the kid. The white kid holding his hands up looks like he is about to get cold cocked by the black kid. i will say it does look like the ginger is running away because a black kid is getting to close to her.
What is it "not cool" for the black kid to jump off a diving board, but its cool for the white chick waiting to get on the board to do the same thing? As for as the kids running on side the pool being "not cool", why isn't the life guard not getting credit for blowing the whistle to correct them? And would it still be "not cool" if the white chick was throwing the black chick in the water?
