We saw record highs today. The snow in the valley we received this week has melted bc of rainfall. Our ski hills are open but the snow is terrible.

I’m not complaining, but everyone else here is.

Ski culture. It is a little strange to be out at dinner tonight with a warm breeze in the air. It feels like spring time.

Everyone wants good powder, whether for fun or because it brings in business.

Average high in December ( the coldest month) in Missoula is 31, low of 17.

That's ok for a week or so, not for a month to nearly a season

That’s my bad. The wife has been running all over town in her suv the last few weeks. Should be back to normal after Christmas.

I would never live in Kalispell. I don’t live in Missoula either.

Meanwhile I’m looking forward to the 70’s forecasted for next week here in Southeast Louisiana.

Your ski culture is helping to contribute to climate change.

C Falls is Kalispell's redneck cousin.
