My company gave me a few boxes of "Bic Velocity Gel" pens and they're good for just daily use...

Any suggestions (with links preferably) would be fantastic...

TIA.

I go through an assload of pens at work and use them under all kinds of conditions. My favorite is the Pilot V-Ball. They are damn good writing pens with liquid ink and the tip is just perfect if you get the .5 size...

V-Ball

ETA: the Pilot G2 that some of the other posters recommend is also very good...

'space pen'. Durable, last a good amount of time, can get different color ink refills, many can be placed on a lanyard of small d-ring etc.

Get one of these notebooks too. I used to challenge people to tear a piece of this paper in half. Can't do it. And you can write underwater or anywhere.

I use a Uniball Signo myself. Nothing special, writes smooth and doesn't blot.

I second the paper mate profile pens. I hate gel pens (they would smudge easily). Profiles write smoothly and last a long time.
