Looking for a price range for getting some tint on a sienna to help with the summer heat.

Reputable places? Prices? Is it something easy to do yourself or best to let professionals?

Never had window tint before but anything to cut down on the heat and glare.

Don’t do it yourself. This is the end result.

I’ve used Eclipse on Govt for my last 4 vehicles. Quality every time.

Price? Looking for windshield and front windows at least. I think the back 5 have a small amount of tint but If the price is workable I could get better tint on all. It gets so hot down here

Never understood people who can’t do it.

It isn’t hard. Cut out the tint, spray soapy water, apply tint, squeegee out the bubbles while spraying soapy water

OP and I agree. That’s a service I want done right. Done the homemade and friends give help version. Did it more than I should have. Take it to a pro who does it daily.

I wonder if there are any places still around who do the “pay in cash only” limo tint jobs.

Considering they like to run around in their socks all day, and play in the mud and dirt, yes.

Wherever you go, spend the extra cash and get the ceramic. Best move I ever made. It's noticeably cooler in the summer heat.

Prices are usually around $40 to $100 per window for doors. A little more for the rear window depending on shape and size. And for a windshield, some places won’t do it but the ones that will do it are $100+ just for that usually. That’s for the entire windshield, if you just want the visor at the top of the window that’s like $20 if you’re getting your other windows done. The price difference is because it varies by place, and there are different grades of tint that block out more heat and are more expensive.

I have used TNT Tint and Toms in Denahm and both did a great job.

Ain’t that the truth. I’m thinking back on all the time I missed out on working shift work and chasing paper on turnarounds and realizing that the money was never worth the time I can’t get back. Trying to make up for lost time now

So I don’t know much of anything about tint. What’s the best bang for your Buck? Can y’all tell me about this ceramic stuff someone mentioned?
