Recommend a Barber on Northshore - Madisonville to Slidell

Recently moved back and went to barber shop today. Haircut was $16. Is this the going rate at a barber shop on the Northshore? Was paying $10 in South Florida.

$12 in Madisonville. I go to Clint in the little shack off hwy 22 across from the Thai restaurant. He's only there on Thursday and Friday but there is someone else there most other days.
