Pretty Strong. What are your goals? Strength or Muscle endurance?

I understand that. But I just want to figure out a condensed version of some sort of good program that would work best for me and my current routine.

I hate not deadlifting or benching, but love my programming otherwise.

I have no good explanation for this. My previous max was 285. Bench was always lower for me relative to my other numbers. I have gained 20 pounds in the last six months though (not all good 20#), and my form on all my other lifts has improved a lot. I think I've just gotten more flexible, and better with lifting form.

Yes, but I haven't done a one rep max with them in a long time

deadlift has always been my best lift. 535 is down from my prior max of 550, and that's with the additional 20 pounds gained. Plus we do cleans, snatches, pulls all the time for outlaw which helps me maintain my basic deadlift strength.

If you lift that much...when just getting under a bar you need to focus on a program that will maximize your two days.

I'd just split with a day of speed and form work. Then one day where I focus on powerlifting splits.

How would you know your numbers if you do crossfit?

Right now we front squat and back squat once a week, in working sets of 5

In all seriousness, you should be very wary of adding extra volume, and a 5x5 on deads is just asking for recovery issues (in addition to your current program).

I'd just work up to one heavy set of deads, once per week.

I don't see why Wendler's wouldn't work for you. If these numbers are correct, Wendler's should work very well indeed. Doing only one movement per workout, and the built in reset week will help to make sure you are recovering.

Crossfit is fairly intense - I think you need those 2 programmed rest days off for recovery. If anything, you need to get those exercises in on 1 of your 5 workout days.

What am I missing?

Do you really need a "program"?

You could do the bench and deads portion of the sheiko plans. I ran through sheiko 29 and 37 my last two hitches home and noticed great results.

If I was beasting those numbers I would just walk around flexing and intimidating people instead of doing a program.
