I'm currently doing Outlaw crossfit, which takes 5 days a week. We haven't had bench or deadlift in our cycles for about 6 months now. I want to pick a bench and deadlift program to use on one of my 2 off days, as it drives me crazy not doing either of these. Squatting is already involved with my current regimen.

I was thinking Wendler's 5/3/1 but I'm worried my numbers are a little too advanced for that? I could have the completely wrong idea about Wendler's, but I always thought it was more for intermediate lifters, where I'd say I'm more advanced. I tested my maxes out on bench and deadlift yesterday, so I'll have a starting point. Any help appreciated

I have to deadlift my dick everyday. Sometimes I have to bench your mom off of me too.

You want a bench/deadlift program? for 2 days...?
Just do a linear progression. Start off at 30% Max. Do 5X5. Add 5lbs to each lift per workout

I'm not saying that I'm a nationally competitive lifter. I just would consider myself a more advanced lifter than the "average" gym-goer, and my numbers would support that. Outlaw is pretty legit programming, in my opinion. Regardless, none of that matters. If you'd rather think of me as a novice, recommend a deadlift/bench program for someone else who is advanced.

I want a program for each or a condensed program involving just those two lifts, which I can do in one day.

So like the bench and deadlift portion of a cycle, which I could do both in one day.

What i told you is basically just the bench/deadlift removed from Stronglifts 5x5. You will feel like you are wasting your time initially, but stick to the the plan

Seems like 30% is too low of a starting point, especially when just adding 5 pounds per week.

Unless I'm understanding what you're saying wrong.

Example- With a 325 bench press, 30% would have you starting at 5x5 with 98 pounds. Adding 5 pounds a week, and you aren't even doing 200 for 20 weeks.

May have starting % incorrect
LINK
Everything you need to know is here. I know that i didnt even start as low as they recommend because felt entirely too low, but dont stray to far or you will plateau too soon. There is a spreadsheet on site to help track and guide you. Also an App available

Any program is going to call for more than 2 days a week. If you want to bench and deadlift, then go and bench and deadlift.

What are your current 1RMs in the bench, deadlift, squat, and press? How much do you weigh?
