DO what a lot of us do. Shoot'm if they are running around off a leash or chain.
No one ever has to stop and think if they see a spider of a snake roaming around, "gee I wonder if this spider or snakes intention is to bite me?" NO you just squash it and carry on with your day, potential threat averted. Same with pitbulls running loose.

It does have to do with the owners in cases. I'll admit that.

If you own a dog of any breed, you'll no longer be eligible for food stamps or Obama phones. That'll cover about 95% of pit enthusiasts.

bullshite. Show me some proof that they are more genetically predisposed to harming others. They weren't that way when they were owned by higher class citizens of the 30's, 40's and 50's.
