YouTube - live video of demolition of remaining portion of condo building
as I type this... there's a crane moving around near the remnants of the Champlain Towers South
a time for the implosion has not been announced... but could happen as soon as tonight
ETA: crane has now turned away from the building

Not to be weird about it, but how many of them do you think stayed asleep the entire time? I’m sure the ones that did wake up were still groggy and only had a few seconds to process what was actually happening, then boom.

All those condo interviews are popping up on youtube. This one guy is still alive because his GF asked him to stay the night since her kid wasn't home for the night so they could get more "alone time".

The firefighter was there two days ago when his daughter's body was recovered. His wife had been recovered two days before that.
It got a lot of coverage, and he put his coat over his daughter's body as she was carried out,and he put a small American flag with her.

the window to do the implosion should now be open and runs through 2 AM central
still no exact time for when the demo will happen

people are shooting fireworks nearby the condo building... so don't get thrown thinking fireworks are the actual implosion
