World wasnt meant to be this overpopulated. It's hard to be special in a world where everyone has a platform, and everything has been said and done.

But, would you even want to be celebrated in this society?

People are copies of imitations and originality is a dead concept. Most is bland, mediocre at best..designed for the quick cash grab.

In recent decades we long for past decades, nostalgia being major comforts to deal with modern times.

The food has no more taste, the wine has spoiled and we are supposed to smile because "god loves his children."

My advice is to stop reading the shite posted here, unless you know enough to not take any of it seriously.

This is true and good advice. Antidepressants have their place but pills do not give us emotional skills to deal with the knocks we all take in life.

Regular sun exposure and exercise increase the neurotransmitters that support a normal mood more reliably, with less risk, and obviously have additional health benefits vs prescription antidepressants alone.

The efficacy of prescription antidepressants can’t come close to a good self help book combined with regular exercise and sunshine.

Most people aren’t compliant with exercise or taking meds. There are too many sad diabetics in America.

Just take a walk in the morning before it gets too hot y’all. Don’t bother to run or jog. Walk as fast as is comfortable for 30 minutes at least every other day. It costs nothing and will do a million dollars worth of good for you.

Brah, it was 95 Fahrenheit over here where it's a dry heat; I feel for all my friends and family dealing with this temp and that arse kicking Gulf Coast humidity.

I don't mean for myself to be subjected to arse-hot temperatures. I sweated out half the coffee I drank at home getting from my car to the office, then did it again to go out to find something to cram into my face. This heat sucks donkey balls.

If you're not from the planet Venus, and don't have liquid magma flowing through your veins, find yourself a nice office job. It'll keep nice and cool between those horrible, painful times you have to go outside and sweat your balls off. Find reasons to enjoy the marvel of chilled air: before going to work, at work and after work; even while you sleep!

Terrible.

Take is terrible.

You're a human being. Get your soft arse outside and you'll acclimate within 2 weeks.

A week if your vag isn't dragging the gottdamned ground.

Find the mountains
Find the sea
Find the wide open spaces,
The swamps, the forests
Breath in dirt and fog and trees.

Get away from this modern world and sit around a campfire
Watch the flames dance as your ancestors have for millennia.

Find your roots. Unplug and unwind and unleash the primal spirit

So grow your own, bake your own, brew your own and drink your own. There’s a joy in the making many have forgotten. A joy in the slaughter and the harvest

There really is. It's an inherently human thing to create...or destroy, in order to sustain.

We were happier when things were simpler. I envy the Amish sometimes.

When I go exercise or go outside, it doesn’t make me feel any better. I feel exhausted and weighed down much of the time, like I’m physically dragging a ball and chain attached to every limb all of the time. When I try to go for a walk or exercise, it doesn’t put me in a better mood or make me feel accomplished. All it does is make me more exhausted, sweaty, and in need of a shower.

It used to be that sleep was when I’d finally feel relaxed, safe, and free, but even my dreams have been stressful lately. This morning, I got up more stressed and exhausted than when I went to bed. I’ve tried to find help, but I can’t find an appointment opening that doesn’t require requesting off from work in order to make it. I know I should suck it up and do it anyways, but I just can’t help using that as an excuse to keep doing what I’m doing, which isn’t helping anyone.

All I know is your chances of feeling better are higher spending time outside rather than inside. You don’t necessarily have to get out in the hottest part of the day and run sprints. Start off by going when it’s cool (like now) and just sit outside in the sun. Then take a leisurely walk. Even better if you have some trails near woods and lakes near your house.

I think if you commit to it and spend a higher % of your day outside you will feel better.
