Those guys tried to pull a fast one on me several years ago. Went in with a brake trouble light on. They said it was dangerously and wanted $2100 to fix it. I went to another local shop and the guy found a bad sensor. Fixed it for $50.
Sadly the shop I went to closed after the owner was killed in an accident.

Guess Rainbow knew a little more than you thought they did.

My dad was just telling me he’s getting the run around from Rainbow with work on pretty new Buick with some sensor problem making it shut down randomly. Last year they tried to sell us a lemon when car shopping for our kid. Luckily we noticed the electrical issue before we accepted it and they wouldn’t fix it so we walked. The “inspection” showed the issues as checked and passed.

Unless your vehicle is under warranty don’t get your vehicle repaired or serviced at a dealership. Find a local mechanic you trust.

Well, there's your problem. That's as gay as The White Swallow. Suck on the tailpipe a bit, give the differential a reach around, and cry out the trannys' correct pronouns, and it will be hard and back to ramming you in no time. Might wanna perform a lube job too if things seem a lil dry.

I need to take Dodge Ram in for diagnostic scan, having issues with none of the steering wheel controls such as horn, cruise, or radio working after Power Distribution Center installed.
Rainbow Dodge was a place I was thinking about taking it to. Guess I'll try and find a place in the Baton Rouge area. Doesn't have to be a dealer but thinking they'll have the correct scanning software.

You must be feeling charitable.
I used to give the maintenance departments the benefit of the doubt too, but the last several years has fixed that flaw for me.
Use every lever available to you.

I bet they installed one or more pads backwards.
Pad on the caliper and backing on the rotor.

Sounds like a great case. Only a fool lawyer would pass this one up.
