Section eihht is pretty strict on their renting process. I know the houses need to be perfect and they do spit inspections alot.

Hospital
Social Security office
Dialysis service
Funeral Home
2 churches (non-chicken)
Meat market
Post Office
Gas station
Ihop
Fighting venue (Sonic)
