Racist Seattle officer who arrested black man carrying golf club as a cane fired

Just to be clear, what exactly was he supposed to have done? In the video, he hadn't done anything but react as most people would have. She said "Back there", though, so I may be missing some information. If he swung it at her down the street, how did he make it ahead of her that far, and why did she wait to arrest him for it?

Why would she make it up? Why would she try to get the whole incident on her dashcam? If we use logic it makes no sense for her to try and get everything on video for a made up incident. But then again using logic for the actions of a woman isn't logical.

The report said that there was a fundamental question if the African-American man with the Cain was actually Abel to injure.
