The video doesn't show the guy even coming close to her car, unless he broke out in a sprint and came up from the side at a red light.
Seems odd. It's almost like the cop was offended by some gesture he made so she just made shite up to punish him.

She's being railroaded. Unfortunately I am stationed up here and hear about this on the local radio at least once a week. There is a lot more to this story that is not being written in the article.
Facts:
1)something happened before she found him on the corner. Otherwise she would not have pulled up immediately and knew that he had a golf club behind his back away from her.
2)they were trying to find a reason to fire her and are using this as the case.
3)she eats at the carpet outlet buffet
