This is not an isolated incident with this cop. Google "Cynthia Whitlach" and read the stories about her. She has a history of infractions against black folks, calling them the n-word etc. Even her ex-girlfriend has gone on record saying she didn't like people of color. Her own police chief basically came out and said Cynthia had a problem with black people and couldn't be trusted to act in a fair manner due to her inherent bias when dealing with them.

I notice all the usual cop bashers in here don't seem to acknowledge that a bad cop has been taken off the streets. Isn't that what yall are supposed to want?
