Have you noticed a drop in her libido?
And not like, oh, Jody just comes around more…

Just feed her a diet of meat and vegetables. Exclude sugar and carbs from her diet and have her move a lot more than usual. The weight will literally fall off of her. These weight loss pharmaceuticals are showing signs of increased suicide and health problems. If she is already showing signs of a drop in libido, it's having some serious effects. Get her away from that crap.

It's most probably not the issue.
Taking it for weight loss is kind of silly, when she gets off of it she is going to eat like she did before, she hasn't changed any habits.
Taking for diabetes can be life changing, get people off insulin or greatly reduce it. Replacing a missing hormone is good, adding extra hormone to someone who already has it??? IDK.
