If you download and print them out, can you fax them to someone else, or does faxing make the scanner code illegible? I bought some tickets for someone and trying to figure out how to get the tickets to them. Their email address is inaccessible at the moment.

Isn't there an e-ticket option? You could do the e-ticket option, take a screenshot, and send it maybe.

I don't see why not. Its just a barcode that they scan, right?

Yeah, it's a barcode I'd just have for them to show up at the box office and not be able to scan the ticket. The event is Saturday so mailing would be cutting it close. I guess I could fed ex them overnight if I had to.

Faxing is fine, but it could really affect the quality of the barcode. They don't have ANY email that they could access, or someone else's? This isn't 1995 or anything.

You mean email

How is an email address inaccessible but they have a fax machine? Where are they? Mayberry in 1954

You'd be amazed at how far behind the technology curve some people are.

How is this possible? They can create a new free one at gmail.

You can text etickets, but if they don't do email they probably don't text either.

If you must go the fax route, I think the print would be OK. But may be risky.
Can you test this yourself? you can use a barcode scanner app and test the orignal you have, then fax it to yourself and see if the barcode reader reads the same thing on the copy.

Since it's a fax machine they have, what is the concert? Abba?

Maybe they could be sent to a FedEx/Kinkos somewhere to be printed and picked up? Just a thought.

Two or more people have “inaccessible” emails in 2017? How is that possible?

You can screen shot the PDF from your email and msg it to them. They'll be able to scan the barcode on the pic.

If they have a smartphone, not a flip phone, they can install the ticketmaster app and you can transfer the tickets to their account.

Yes you can share them. In fact sometimes idiots post pics of tickets for sale, someone reads the barcode numbers and generates a barcode on a paper. Walks into game/concert early and is in. The person with the legit tickets comes by and their tickets don't scan, because they have already been used.
