Question about non-aluminum based deodorants

I recall a thread on here a few months ago that talked about shirts staining at the armpit. A handful of people said that it's not because of the sweat, but because of the aluminum in the deodorant that mixes with the sweat and causes staining. I just remembered that thread yesterday for some reason and sure enough, my deodorant's active ingredient is like 15% aluminum.
for those in the know, what are the best normal (like, I can just go to the aisle in teh store and not have to go to some weird health store or somethign) deodorants that I should look into?
I don't have a major issue with staining, but some of my older shirts that I've had for like 8 years have started to bite the dust not because of quality but because of stains. I want to nip this problem in the bud going forward.

I think this is why a lot of bros go with deodorant (not anti-perspirant) and roll with bologna slices under their arms all day.

done. you got like 5 different scents to choose from.
never suffer from 'stiff armpits' in your tshirts again.

looks good, I'll check it out, but is there anything that they sell in grocery stores? I'm assuming all your big name brands are probably aluminum based.

you would be completely wrong. i sweated more with the supposed 'anti preseperant' alumuminum shite giving me alzheimers than i ever do with old spice.

There is no way that Old Spice stuff is good for you. I put some on before the gym and it's still effective after a shower.

I use Baxter's of California. It's a bit pricey, but I like the subtle scent, and it works fine for me. Since losing a fair amount of weight, I don't sweat too much anymore, and I got tired of the yellow staining.

Deodorant is deodorant. The aluminum is the anti-perspirant part. Not all deodorant is also anti-perspirant.
The real danger of the aluminum isn't to your shirts. It's getting cancer from it.

I think I might be done with anti-perspirent.
The dark sweat stains won't leave my dress shirts even after soaking them in baking soda, dawn, and super hot water. It isn't yellow, just a dark ring that won't go away. That's with an undershirt.
