Quality of ESPN 100.3 NOLA

I know most of you will be like flies on a turd to a thread that shits on New Orleans, so you’re welcome in advance. My God the production quality of the ESPN affiate in Nola is embarrassingly bad.
The commercials are almost exclusively for businesses in Houma and Thibodaux read by I’m not exactly sure a man or a woman who I’m sure smells like an old bowling alley.
The other guy who reads sounds like his tongue got stung by some insect. The fat frick can’t even pronounce the word “electric.”
Also Gus Katengell might be the worst radio host in the known universe. Aside from his historically bad name, the cuck’s reading skills make Billy Madison sound like Billy fricking Shatner.

I’m fine with the programming, but the production quality and reception are horrible. You can’t even get a clear signal at the Orleans parish line

100.3 used to be a french/cajun music station out of Larose, "The Ragin Cajun." The tower and station are still there.

The station changes intermittently back and forth into a country station when you go past the Carrollton overpass on the way to work, listening to T Bob, so I just stick to podcasts in the morning now.
If they cannot afford a working antenna, it shows you the lack of investment in the whole operation.

I could answer your question if I could actually pick it up 60 to 70 miles away. Sports radio as a whole sucks arse in Southeast Louisiana, I can pick up SuperTalk out of Mississippi with no problem.
