I'm usually 6ft 3 inches high. Right now I'm sitting on my couch so about 4 feet?

I support these PSAs.
We should not shame people for lung cancer.
But we should shame them for smoking.
We should not shame people for being obese.
But we should shame them for eating like pigs.
Though I think a lot of the effects of obesity are due more to lack of physical activity. Take me, for instance. I'm a fat arse, but I engage in vigorous physical activity (bpm > 140) for 15 minutes at least 7 times a week. I didn't used to do this, but I have now for almost a year and I feel a whole let less like I'm going to die.
