PSA: Check your Amazon subscriptions

I just got an email today from Amazon about one of my Amazon subscriptions and I was signed up for some mindfulness network called Gaia at $12 a month and Paramount+ at $13 a month. I don't remember signing up for either of those and 100% did not sign up for whatever Gaia is. The GF (no pics) was signed up for BET and Starz and she didn't add either of those.
I'm not sure if there was something the most recent Amazon usage terms/renewal that allowed this or some other way they're getting us on these subscriptions, but take.a look at your subscriptions tab. I'm curious if others are having the same issue.

If you're logged in anywhere outside of your personal home like a, vacation home, or something shared, make sure you turn on the asking for permissions before purchases.

Paramount+ is increasing their rate starting Feb 15th. They’re not worth the increased rate to me.

Check your Apple account as well. Saw some weird recurring charges on our American Express card, which is a secondary card that I only use for Amazon and few subscriptions.
Turns out an iphone cleaner app that my wife thought she downloaded for free was charging us $17.99 every two weeks since mid-October. I caught it the first week of January.
fricking shady arse app that no one in their sane mind would pay for. Over $100 we ended up spending for absolutely nothing.
